Spend a few hours. Change a student's next year.
Thousands of capable students never get a straight answer from someone who has been through hiring. Teach a masterclass, run a mock interview or review a resume, and be that person for them.

Mentor questions
How much time do I need to give?
As little as two hours in a month. Some mentors do one masterclass; others join every month. You decide, and you can pause whenever you need.
Is this paid?
No. Unite Wings is a non-profit and mentoring is voluntary. We do make sure your contribution is acknowledged.
Do I need teaching experience?
No. We share a session plan and slides structure, and you add your own examples. What matters is that you know the subject and care about students.
Do I need to be senior?
No. A graduate who landed a first job last year is often the most useful voice for a final-year student.
When are sessions held?
Most are online in the evening or on weekends so working professionals can join. We agree the time with you first.
Who will I be mentoring?
College students across India, many from smaller cities and first-generation graduates. Sessions are online.
